Megumi Ikeda is a General Partner at Ode GrowthPartners, a European growth venture capital firm focusedon planetary and societal resilience. She also serves as asenior advisor to Law& of DLA Piper. Previously, she was the Managing Director of Hearst Ventures Europe, where she oversaw key thematic investments across consumer products and B2B SaaS businesses.
Under her leadership, Hearst Ventures contributed to the firm's globalinvestment portfolio, which has invested over $1 billion instartups worldwide. Earlier in her career, Megumi was the founding partner for Peacock Equity, a GE Capital and NBCUniversal-backed venture capital group. She beganher career in Tokyo as a financial reporter for Dow Jones and later served as an international business manager at Wired in San Francisco.

Jenaro García Martín is a Spanish entrepreneur with a strong background in technology and innovation. He is best known for founding Gowex, a company that pioneered free urban WiFi networks around the world, aiming to make connectivity accessible in public spaces.
