These are designed to help students reflect on their career vision and align it with the bold, innovative projects they are developing. Through one-on-one, they receive tailored guidance from professionals leveraging technology in groundbreaking ways, gaining firsthand insights into disruption across industries and how to apply those lessons in their proposals and future projects.

Immersive Experiences

Each edition features a unique, transformative scientific or technological visit. In 2024, students visited the NEXT Experiment at Canfranc Underground Laboratory, diving into groundbreaking physics research and its real-world applications. Every year, a different immersive experience is chosen to expose students to paradigm-shifting innovations.

Unblockers Sessions

A hands-on, interactive workshop where CEOs, CTOs, and other industry leaders provide targeted feedback on students’ group projects and personal ideas. These sessions help refine both the technological and strategic aspects of their proposals and include a networking cocktail.

Leadership Workshops

Workshops with leaders at the highest level, who share their journeys and show students how to think big and reach a 10x vision.
